Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other offshore US territories require specialized domestic air or ocean transport. A standard carrier surcharge (flat $9.99) is calculated at checkout to cover tracked transit. Delivery to offshore regions typically takes 5–12 business days once dispatched. We currently do not fulfill international orders outside the United States.

Once your return is received and inspected at our domestic warehouse, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days and automatically credited back to your original payment method.
